CHERRY NUT RING 
1 can Comstock Cherry Pie Filling
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2 eggs
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. vanilla

In blender container blend pie filling until smooth. In large mixer bowl combine pie filling, cake mix, eggs and vegetable oil. Blend and beat about 2 minutes on medium speed. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased and floured 10 inch bundt pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool in pan on rack for 15 minutes; remove from pan.

In small bowl combine sugar, water and vanilla. Pour over top and down sides of cooled cake. Makes 1 (10 inch) cake.
