FUDGE SCOTCH RING 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Nestle's semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 can Borden Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 c. chopped walnuts, optional
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Melt chocolate morsels with condensed milk in top of double boiler over hot (not boiling) water. Stir occasionally until morsels melt and mixture begins to thicken. Remove from heat. Add chopped walnuts and vanilla; blend well.

Pour into well greased (butter) pan. Chill for about 1 hour, until mixture has thicken. Cut into squares.
