ECLAIR RING 
1 c. water
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs

Heat butter in water to boiling, stir in flour all at once over low heat, beat until ball is formed. Beat in eggs, one at a time with mixer. Spoon on cool pizza pan to form circle with hole in middle. Bake at 400 degrees 45 to 50 minutes. Cool away from draft. When cool, split and fill with pudding mixture.

PUDDING MIXTURE:

2 (3 oz.) pkgs. French vanilla instant pudding
2 1/2 c. milk
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Add milk to pudding, beat in Cool Whip with mixer until thickened.

TOPPING FOR ECLAIRS:

2 sqs. chocolate or 1/4 c. Nestle's semi-sweet chocolate morsels
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
