MUSTARD-SHALLOT BUTTER 
1/4 c. unsalted butter, softened
1 tbsp. + 1 tsp. Dijon style mustard
1 tbsp. + 1 tsp. bottled white horseradish
1 tbsp. finely chopped shallot or onion

Beat together butter, mustard, horseradish and shallot in small bowl with fork until well blended. Refrigerate, covered.
