1 tbsp. each honey and mustard
8 oz. unsalted butter

Combine all. For Cajun style butter, mix 8 ounces unsalted butter with 1 teaspoon ground red pepper, 1/2 teaspoon each oregano and onion juice and a pinch of salt.
