BUTTER MUSTARD SAUCE & CHEESE
TOPPERS
 
CHEESE TOPPER:

1/2 c. crushed seasoned croutons
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

BUTTER SAUCE:

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. prepared mustard

Combine croutons and cheese; set aside. Melt butter in small saucepan. Blend in flour and salt until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in mustard. Spoon over hot, cooked broccoli, baked potatoes or other vegetables. Sprinkle with Cheese Topper.
