CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. mustard
1 1/2 tbsp. sesame or vegetable oil
2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
2 c. (10 oz.) frozen snow peas
1 c. water chestnuts, drained
Rice chow mein noodles
1 c. uncooked orzo or elbow macaroni
1/2 c. green onion, sliced

Blend soy sauce, mustard and oil in medium bowl. Add the chicken and toss until coated; allow to stand 1 hour. Cook Orzo, drain, cool and cook peas, cool. Gently combine chicken, orzo, peas, onions and water chestnuts; chill. Serve on lettuce leaves garnished with chow mein noodles.
