1 chocolate cake mix
3/4 c. oil
12 oz. raspberry soda
3 eggs
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding

Mix all ingredients at medium speed for 3 minutes until smooth and creamy. Pour into greased and floured 9"x13" pan or 2 (8") rounds. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Ice with cream cheese icing.
