POTATO BURGERS 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1/4 c. onion (chop)
1/4 c. green pepper (chop)
2 tbsp. butter (melt)
1 egg (beaten)
Salt and pepper
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef

Season hash brown mix with onion, peppers, butter. Cover and cook until potatoes are done. Add egg. Stir in beef. Shape into patties. Cook on grill 4-5 minutes each side. Place on buns.
