2 c. sharp shredded cheese
2 c. shredded Velveeta (you can buy it already shredded)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pt. mayonnaise
1/2-1 c. jalapenos with juice
1/2 tsp. garlic

Mix all ingredients together and chill 2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips. This is quick and very addictive!
