QUICK CHEESE CUPCAKES

3 (8 oz.) soft cream cheese
1 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients, beat until smooth.

TOPPING:

1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Your favorite jam

300 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Take out of oven for 5 minutes.

Blend 1 pint sour cream with 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Put tsp. jam in center. Return to oven for 5 minutes.
