CHOCOLATE LUSH 
1 large angel food cake (prepared)

Break cake into small pieces. Line the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch pan with 1/2 of the cake. Pour 1/2 of the chocolate mixture over the cake, then add the rest of the cake and then pour the last of the chocolate mixture.

CHOCOLATE MIXTURE:

1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
4 eggs, separated
1 pint whipping cream (2 cups)
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate chips. Beat in egg yolks. Whip egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff. Fold chocolate chips into egg whites with a mixer. Beat whipping cream with sugar and vanilla (follow the instructions for the whipped cream carefully). Fold the whipping cream into the chocolate egg mixture by hand. Chill until served.
