BREAKFAST DISH 
1 lb. sausage
6 eggs
2 c. milk
3 slices bread, crumbled
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)

Crumble and brown sausage; drain. In bowl, beat eggs and milk; add sausage and remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 7 x 12-inch casserole and refrigerate overnight. Bake in 350 degree oven 45 minutes, uncovered. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Serves 6 to 8.

This recipe is great for company because it is made the night before!
