EGG - SAUSAGE BREAKFAST DISH 
Line 9 x 13 inch pan with bread or English muffins. Mix 1 dozen eggs with 8 ounces sour cream. Brown 1 pound bulk sausage, drain. Pour egg mixture over muffins. Sprinkle sausage over, then add 2 cups sharp cheese over sausage. Put in refrigerator, covered with foil until ready to bake. Bake 40 minutes in 350 degree oven, covered with the foil. Bake last 5 minutes uncovered. Let stand at least 5 minutes before serving.
