MOM'S COCONUT CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 1/3 c. water
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
2 c. coconut
1 c. chopped walnuts

Blend cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil. Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Stir in coconut and walnuts. Pour into 3 greased and floured 9 inch round pans.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool 15 minutes and remove from pans.
