MEATBALLS AND RICE | |
1 lb. ground chuck 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. flour 2 tbsp. oil (for browning meatballs) 1 env. Lipton onion and mushroom soup mix 1 can Golden mushroom soup (Campbell's) 4 c. cooked rice, any kind Mix ground chuck, eggs, flour and Lipton soup mix. Make into 1 inch meatballs. Heat oil and brown meatballs. Drain on paper towels. Put all the meatballs into skillet, pour Golden mushroom soup over and simmer about 10 minutes. Pour over rice. |
