BEEF JERKY 
3 lb. beef, sliced
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. soy sauce
3 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. A-1 sauce
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. dry chopped or minced onions
1/3 c. granulated sugar

Mix well and add the sliced beef. Marinate 6-8 hours. Place aluminum foil on bottom rack to catch drippings. Place alum foil on top rack and pierce holes in it. Place meat on foil. Bake at 150 degrees for 6-8 hours.
