Make can of pumpkin as directed on can with a little less milk. Put pumpkin mixture into 9x13 dish. Top with one box yellow cake mix. Melt 2 sticks of butter and drizzle over top. Sprinkle nuts over top. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
