FLOUNDER BAKE 
1 lb. flounder or sole fillets
2 tsp. butter
1 med. onion, sliced
1/4 c. milk or half and half
Poultry seasoning
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Line baking dish with foil, having foil long enough to seal closed. Grease foil; place fillets on foil. Melt butter in small saucepan. Saute onion rings in butter for 3 minutes. Place onion rings on fillets. Rinse saucepan with milk; pour over flounder. Sprinkle flounder with poultry seasoning; then with salt and pepper. Close and seal foil. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes; serve in foil.
