1 c. white sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. coconut (Angel Flake)
2 eggs
1 stick butter
1/2 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream together sugar and eggs. Add vinegar, vanilla and butter. Add raisins, pecans and coconut. Bake 35 minutes or until firm in unbaked 9" pie shell at 350 degrees. Makes 1 (9") pie. I use Pet Ritz Deep Dish Pie Shells. This pie freezes well.
