CHOPPED ZUCCHINI AND GROUND BEEF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. zucchini, unpeeled and cubed
Salt and pepper to taste
1 sm. onion, diced
1 sm. green pepper, diced
2 lg. tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp. seasoned salt

Fry ground beef until lightly browned. Season with salt and pepper. Drain fat, add onions, zucchini, green pepper, and tomatoes. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until peppers and zucchini are tender. Do not overcook. Serve with mashed potatoes or cooked noodles.
