CORN PUDDING 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
2 c. creamed corn
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar

Melt butter; add flour, stirring constantly. Stir in milk. Add creamed corn, eggs, salt, and sugar. Pour into buttered 8x8 casserole dish. Top with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes in a pan of water up to the middle of the side of the casserole dish. Serves 6.

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. crushed corn flakes

Stir together.
