RAISIN CARROT WALNUT BREADS 
2 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 lg. eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. oil
1 1/3 c. grated carrot
1 c. chopped walnuts
2/3 c. raisins

Sift flour, baking power and salt. Beat eggs, sugar, and oil together and add carrots, then flour mixture. Stir in raisins and nuts. Pour the mixture into greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pans. Put in center of oven and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or until toothpick comes out clean.
