SHRIMP JAMBALAYA 
1 lb. cooked shrimp
1/4 c. chopped bacon
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. garlic
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. canned tomatoes with juice
2 c. cooked rice

Cut shrimp in 1/2. Fry bacon until crisp and crumble. Add onion, pepper, garlic; cook until tender. Add tomatoes, flour and seasonings. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Stir in rice and shrimp and heat until hot.
