CREAMY CHOCOLATE NUT FUDGE 
1 1/4 lb. semi-sweet chocolate squares or pieces
4 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 (7 1/2 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
1 c. finely chopped nuts
4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
Chocolate Glaze
Unbleached whole almonds or other nuts (optional)

Chop chocolate coarsely. Combine all chocolate with marshmallows and nuts. Set aside.

Combine sugar, salt, butter, and milk in saucepan, stirring. Bring slowly to a boil and simmer 6 minutes. Pour at once over other mixture. Add vanilla. Stir vigorously with wooden spoon until chocolate is melted and mixture is creamy. Pour into lightly buttered 9x13 inch pan.

Smooth top and let stand a few hours or until firm and cool. Spread a thin layer of Chocolate Glaze on top. Sprinkle with nuts. Store in an airtight container in a cool place.
