INSTANT COCOA 
4 c. instant non fat dry milk
3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt

Combine ingredients and stir well. Store in tightly covered container in cool, dry place. To make instant cocoa, shake container. Place 3 1/2 tablespoons of mix in cup and add boiling water gradually; stirring constantly. Serve immediately.
