HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
2 c. chopped bananas
1 c. walnuts
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix above ingredients with fork until moist. Pour into greased floured bundt pan. Bake 1 hour 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Remove from oven and cool on rack. When cool, frost with cream cheese frosting.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick softened butter
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat until fluffy. Keep cake refrigerated.
