HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
3 c. flour
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. Crisco oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped bananas
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
2 c. sugar

Sift flour, sugar and cinnamon. Add other ingredients to flour mixture and stir together. (Do not beat.) Bake in a tube pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes or 350 degrees for 1 hour and 5 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat with mixer until frosting will smooth on easily.
