FAST FIXIN' FRUIT 'N CAKE 
1 pkg. (2 layer) yellow or white cake mix
1 (20 to 23 oz.) can fruit pie filling
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine oil, eggs, water and cake mix in bowl. Beat 2 minutes. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Spoon pie filling onto batter, use a fork to fold into batter (just enough to create a marbled effect). Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Cooled cake may be sprinkled with powdered sugar. Serve from pan.

NOTE: You may use cherry, apple, blueberry, peach, strawberry, lemon, pineapple, pumpkin, or blackberry, but cherry and blueberry are great. You may also vary cake mix, like strawberry with strawberry pie filling and pineapple with pineapple pie filling.
