HOT SPICED FRUIT 
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/4 c. juice, combined juice from fruit
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar

Cook until thickens. Add 1/4 teaspoon cloves, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1 tablespoon butter. Add in buttered casserole dish: 4 cans well drained fruit. May choose peaches, pears, apricots, pineapple, cherries, etc. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbling hot.
