ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped coarsely
1 sm. can of chopped chilies, drained (more or less to taste)
Some Havarti (or similar cheese) sliced

Mix the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, artichokes and chilies together. Put into a pie plate and top with the sliced Havarti cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until hot, about 20 minutes. Serve with crackers of your choice.
