COUNTRY BREAKFAST PIE 
1 pkg. bulk sausage
9 inch pie shell
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
1/4 c. chopped red bell pepper
2 tbsp. onions, chopped
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. light cream

Cook sausage until done. Crumble and drain. Prepare pie shell. Mix cheese and sausage. Sprinkle in shell. Combine remaining ingredients and add to lightly beaten eggs. Pour in shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cool on rack for 10 minutes. 6-8 servings.
