CRUSTY HERB ROLLS 
1 pkg. hot roll mix
1 egg white, beaten
1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. savory
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1 egg white, beaten
1 tbsp. water
Sesame seed or poppy seed

Prepare roll mix. Fold in beaten egg white. Blend in flour, oregano, savory, celery salt. Stir in minced onion. Set aside to rise until double in size.

Knead dough on floured surface until smooth. Form oblong rolls and place on a greased baking sheet. Slash each roll on top.

Mix together egg white and 1 tablespoon water. Brush on rolls and sprinkle sesame seed or poppy seed on top. Set aside to rise until light.

Bake in 375 degree oven for about 25 minutes.
