LEMON CHEESE BARS 
PART #1) :
1 box Duncan Hines pudding yellow cake mix
1/3 c. Crisco oil
1 egg

PART #2) :
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 egg

PART 1: Mix dry cake mix with above ingredients. Reserve 1 cup of crumb mixture. Press the rest into an ungreased 13"x9"x2" pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

PART 2: Beat 4 above ingredients until light and smooth. Spread over baked layer and sprinkle reserved crumb mixture on top. Bake 15 minutes more. Cool and cut into bars.
