CHEESE BREAD 
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. softened butter
2 pkgs. active dry yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. prepared yellow mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. (1/2 of 5-serving env.) mashed potato granules
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
6 to 7 c. flour
1 egg, slightly beaten
Sesame seed or poppy seed

Heat together milk and butter to scalding; cool to lukewarm. Dissolve yeast in warm water in large bowl. Add cooled milk, sugar, mustard and salt. Stir in potato granules, cheese and enough flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured surface for 8 to 10 minutes, until smooth and satiny.
