2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

Sift flour and salt together. Cream butter, gradually add powdered sugar, creaming well. Blend in egg and extracts. Add dry ingredients gradually, mix well. Press dough through cookie press on ungreased cookie sheet, bake at 400 degrees for 6-8 minutes.
