2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. chopped apples
1 c. sifted flour
Dash of salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. chopped nuts

Beat eggs slightly. Stir in sugar and apple. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into buttered 13 x 9 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve plain or with ice cream or whipped cream.
