BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 bunch broccoli
1 head cauliflower
2 lg. bunches green onions

Clean and trim vegetables. Let soak in ice for 10-15 minutes. Drain and slice thin.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
1/3 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper
1/4 c. crisp bacon (chunks)

Mix sauce. Mix into vegetables and allow to stand 24 hours before serving.
