HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
32 oz. bag frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 stick melted butter
2 c. shredded cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 finely chopped onion
salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients in a 9 x 13 baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours.
