STUFFED PORK CHOPS | |
6 pork chops, doubled 1 box Stove Top dressing (med.) 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Cut 2 chops together then have butcher cut a pocket between the 2 chops. Season with salt and pepper. mix Stove Top dressing. Then fill each pocket until all 6 are filled. Place in roasting pan. Bake at 325 degrees until done and brown. Cover with foil for first 45 minutes. Then uncover and brown. Serves 5. |
