BAR-B-QUE RICE 
2 c. rice, uncooked
1/2 c. butter
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
3 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 c. chicken broth or bouillon
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke

Cook rice as directed. Saute onion and celery in butter. Add rice, soup, and broth and liquid smoke. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
