PECAN TARTS 
DOUGH:

1 stick butter, softened
3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. flour
Dash of salt

Mix all ingredients well and put spoonful of dough in small muffin pans. Press dough around sides and bottom.

FILLING;
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Fill tarts with filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
