MEATBALLS AND GRAVY 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. cracker or bread crumbs
1 egg
Diced onions
3 beef bouillon cubed
3 c. water
1 tsp. parsley
Flour for thickening

Mix beef, garlic salt, onion, milk, salt, pepper, crumbs, dry mustard and eggs. Form 12 balls. Brown, add the water, bouillon cubes and parsley. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Stir a little flour into cold water. Add to thickening.
