BROCCOLI SALAD 
2-3 bunches fresh broccoli (tops only)
1 bunch green onions, diced
1 c. shredded cheese
1 red apple, diced, optional
1 red onion, chopped, optional
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled

Dressing:

1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar

Clean broccoli and cut up. Add rest of salad ingredients. Mix dressing and pour over salad. Refrigerate for several hours to bring out the flavor.
