BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 bunch broccoli florets
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 lb. to 3/4 lb. bacon, crumbled

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar

Cut up broccoli in small florets. Add remaining ingredients. Pour dressing over top and mix well.
