ENCHILADA CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. ground beef 3 sm. onions, chopped 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies Brown beef. Add onions, garlic and chilies. Add 1/2 cup water and simmer. Dip 12 tortillas in 1 can of enchilada sauce. Tear in half. Lay in bottom of greased casserole. Put thin layer of meat mixture. Then put a layer of grated cheese. Then layer of soup (can of mushroom soup and 1/2 can water). Continue to layer. Pour any sauce left on top. Bake covered with foil at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 8. |
