CHINESE PORK CHOPS 
1 egg
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
1 tbsp. water
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 lean pork chops
Bread crumbs

Grease jelly roll pan. Beat egg, soy sauce, Kitchen Bouquet, water, ginger, and garlic powder together in bowl. Dip chops into egg mixture, coating evenly on both sides. Press into bread crumbs. bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn and bake 20 minutes longer. Do not over cook.
