CHINESE NOODLES 
1 tbsp. butter
1 lg. carrot, shredded
1 med. onion, diced
1-2 stalks celery, chopped
Handful of snow pea pods, chopped
Pork, thinly sliced

Saute carrots, onion, celery, snow pea pods and cooked pork in 1 tablespoon butter until onion is tender. Cook and drain noodles and add to vegetables. Stir in Yoshida sauce and serve. Additional sauce can be added or add soy sauce. Sauce can be thickened with cornstarch.
