CORN PUDDING 
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream style corn
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 stick melted butter
1 egg, beaten
1 (6 or 6.5 oz.) pkg. yellow cornbread mix

Mix well all ingredients. Spoon into greased (2 quart) baking dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Sprinkle with parsley and paprika just before serving. Yields: 6 servings.

NOTE: Goes well with fish, chicken, or beef.
