RAF'S FISH RECIPE 
1 lb. bass or red snapper
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. flour
Salt, pepper and paprika to taste
1 tbsp. sour cream (optional)

Flour the snapper and sprinkle lightly with paprika. In olive oil, saute onions and mushrooms in skillet. When browned, remove from heat. In skillet, fry snapper until browned on both sides then add onions, mushrooms and 1 cup water. Cover and let simmer for 5 minutes. Add tablespoon sour cream and salt and pepper to taste (optional). Let simmer on low heat for 5 more minutes. Serve over rice.
